Group Executive Committee

The day-to-day operations of iSOFT are overseen by our executive management team. To find out more about their roles, responsibilities and backgrounds, read the biographies below.

Andrea Fiumicelli

As COO, Healthcare - CSC, Andrea is responsible for the development of iSOFT, as well as focused on building an organisation capable of flawless execution of processes and quality in pursuit of customer satisfaction.

Adrian Stevens

Adrian was appointed as Group Director, Enterprise Healthcare in July 2008 and, more recently, he has assumed the Regional Management for the Middle East and Africa in addition to his responsibilities as UK Managing Director within the new geographic region of North Europe, Middle East and Africa.

David Morgan

David joined iSOFT in January 2011 from Butterfield Fulcrum (BFG) where he was the Global Director of Human Resources. His professional HR career started at Grand Metropolitan plc where he held a number of HR positions covering mainly the manufacturing and marketing parts of the company. He then moved into the financial services sector where he led the People elements of a merger between AXA and Sun Life in the UK.

Guillermo Ramas

Born in Argentina, Guillermo joined iSOFT from Lawson where he was VP for EMEA Healthcare business. Graduating in economics from the University of Buenos Aires, Guillermo has worked for such global companies as Dupont, Gillette and Control Data Corp.

James Rice

As Managing Director for iSOFT Asia Pacific, James is responsible the overall running of the APAC business and reports directly to the CEO, Andrea Fiumicelli.
Prior to his appointment, James was Country Manager for iSOFT New Zealand and before that, Sales Director for iSOFT Australasia.

Michael Dahlweid

Michael has headed Production and Product Management in leading HC IT companies. Additionally, he has taken on advisory roles for European Governments and acts as a lecturer for HC IT at various universities.

Peter Hermann

After studying economics at the Ruhr University in Bochum, Peter Herrmann held various management positions at Deutsche Lufthansa and IBM, amongst others in the management board of DVO GmbH, a part of IBM, and as head of IBM Global Services Eastern Europe.
