Fiona joined iSOFT in 2008 from Kraft Foods where she had worked a total of 15 years.

Fiona held the role of Customer Insights Manager at Kraft, which involved looking at consumer surveys and reporting monthly to help the business define its areas of focus. Previously, Fiona held the position of Customer Analyst, where she provided monthly reports which identified the sectors where the company was winning business and losing business.

Since joining iSOFT, Fiona has worked closely with Adrian Stevens, Managing Director.

At the weekend, Fiona enjoys a full and active social life.
