An iSOFT employee since 2002, Mark previously led the technical and implementation services teams for AAH Meditel and Torex, delivering and supporting clinical and financial systems used by primary and secondary care customers thought the UK.  A biological sciences graduate with 25 years experience of IT in healthcare, Mark was appointed as Operational Services Director for the UKI regional business unit in May 2009 and has responsibility for governance of the customer contracts and all post implementation services.
