Shelley is responsible for Quality Management, Information Security and Business Continuity. She joined iSOFT in Dec 2004 from BUPA Hospitals. After initially being responsible purely for internal improvement projects, it soon became apparent that as the company grew, the approach to continual improvement and international standard compliance needed to be managed and the Quality Management function was formed.

Shelley achieved a BSc in Quality Management at Salford University, which is also where she started to play rugby union. As Shelley’s professional career has progressed she has maintained her sporting ambition; highlights include touring Australia as part of the Great Britain touch team, captaining Lancashire at Twickenham and recently captaining the North West Rugby Union team
