UltraGenda Pro integrates with multiple healthcare systems and supports the planning of primary and secondary resources such as clinicians, operating theatres and modalities. UltraGenda Pro is the reference point for enterprise-wide scheduling.

UG Broka
For online referrals and bookings

UG Broka is an online referral and booking platform that brings the convenience of the internet to referrals and bookings.

The UG Broka platform is integrated into existing customer websites or web portals. UG Broka consists of two portal applications- one for referrers and one for patients.

Referring clinicians can refer patients electronically. Patients can then make their own appointments by telephone or if authorised, can pick up their referral and convert it to an appointment online.

UG Track Pro
For follow-up of planned appointments

UG Track Pro provides rescheduling and follow-up functionality for examinations and procedures scheduled in UG Pro. Information is registered via fully customisable forms tailored to suit workflow and processes and progress can be tracked in real time.

UG Contacts Store
For management information and statistics

UG Contacts Store is our Enterprise Scheduling data mart - a subset of data relating to the scheduling and follow-up of appointments, which is collected systematically and in real-time and can be accessed at any time.

UG Contacts Store is fed constantly via UltraGenda Pro and UG Track Pro, and the resulting data can be analysed and shared by means of our business intelligence solutions and/or third party software.
