UG Broka for online referrals and bookings

In England alone, 92.4 million NHS outpatient appointments were made from August 2011 to July 2012. Just under 7.5% of these were missed appointments.

UG Broka is an online referral and booking platform that brings the convenience of the internet to referrals and bookings. Clinicians can refer patients electronically; they can then make their own appointments by telephone or online.

UG Contacts Store is CSC’s Enterprise Scheduling data mart – a subset of data relating to the scheduling and follow-up of appointments. That data is collected systematically and in real-time and can be accessed at any time. The resulting data can be analysed and shared using CSC’s business intelligence solutions or third party software.
