Making mobile PAS a reality
My Patients allows secure, remote access to inpatient admissions, discharges, outpatient appointments, theatre slots booked, etc, all linked live to your PAS system, ensuring that the information you see real-time and up to date.
Security assured
A secure login on the My Patents home page authenticates users via a web service request ensuring patient information is only viewed by authorised parties. The time that the data were retrieved from the server is displayed in the table footer along with the number of records retrieved.
Tailored to suit your workload
The My Patients configuration page lets you choose which options are shown on the landing page, together with the order of display. Once configured, these options can be saved to your mobile device, and key patient information, including name, NHS number, date of birth, ward name, bed details, etc.
The following options display lists of patients associated with the user only, and include:
- My Current Inpatients: lists any inpatients associated with the user
- My Discharges Today: current inpatients expected to be discharged from hospital today
- My Theatre Today: patients booked into today’s theatre sessions
- My Future Theatres: patients booked into the theatre sessions on a specified date in the future; this option includes the ability to retrieve patient lists for alternative dates
- My Outpatients Today: patients attending outpatient clinic sessions today
- My Future Outpatients: patients associated with the authenticated user booked into outpatient clinic sessions on the future specified date – this option includes the ability to retrieve patient lists for alternative dates, as per My Future Theatres
- My Consults Today: a list of today’s requested consultations
- My Future Admissions: patients due to be admitted on a specified date - the page will initially default to tomorrow’s date, but information on alternative dates is available.
Relevant information when you need it
The currently configured columns are as follows. The time that the data were retrieved from the server is displayed in the table footer along with the number of records retrieved. Most columns can be sorted and the sort order can changed without refreshing the data from the server.
