David joined iSOFT in January 2011 from Butterfield Fulcrum (BFG) where he was the Global Director of Human Resources. His professional HR career started at Grand Metropolitan plc where he held a number of HR positions covering mainly the manufacturing and marketing parts of the company. He then moved into the financial services sector where he led the People elements of a merger between AXA and Sun Life in the UK.

Having spent 8 years in AXA he moved to Allied Domecq, the Spirits and Wine group where he supported the International businesses of Duty Free, Logistics and manufacturing across 11 different countries. Following a 2 year spell as Human Resources Director for the Sports Division of Compass Catering where his team was responsible for the resourcing of catering staff for events such the Wimbledon Tennis championships and the O2 Arena, David moved to BFG.
