Michelle’s career began within the NHS before moving to the private sector where, with the exception of time spent at Coca Cola, her roles have been with global IT/telecoms companies, including Orange and Vodafone.  A consistent element throughout her career is that of organisational change and redesign.

Michelle’s HR career has been complemented from a commercial perspective through roles as Sales Manager for Coca-Cola and time spent in accountancy in both the public and private sectors.
Although essentially a generalist, Michelle’s main interest lies in law, a passion that was further complemented by completing a Masters in Employment Law.

During her brief moments of spare time, Michelle volunteers as a Community First Responder for South Central Ambulance Service, attending Cat A calls locally.
