iSOFT has been using 0870 numbers as its main contact numbers for several years now.
Following changes to the way in which calls are charged and in response to requests from the customer base to move to numbers which attracted a lower charge, iSOFT are pleased to announce the replacement of the 0870 numbers with numbers starting with 0844.
The new numbers are already in place, have been rigorously tested over the last few months and can be used immediately.

Number change process
The new numbers are currently up and running however will be officially launched on July 1st. In order to ensure a smooth transition from our existing numbers to our new numbers we will be adopting a phased in approach:-
- New numbers already in place tested and active.
- From the 1st July if customers ring our old number they will be informed of the new number via a customised message which will provide details of the new number.
- This customised message will be active for a six month period and this service will be terminated on 1st January 2011.
Customers outside of the UK and Ireland
Please note that customers located outside of the UK can continue to use the existing international free phone number 00800 4763 8000
