In 2012, HIMSS AsiaPac will connect people and information in new ways that increase patient care and safety, reduce healthcare costs, and improve quality of life across the continuum of care in the heart of Asia - Singapore.  This year four conferences including HIT X.O, mHIMSS (Mobile Health), Home Care and Standards & interoperability will run simultaneously under HIMSS AsiaPac 2012.

Assoc. Professor Simon Woods of Cabrini Health will present in the mobile health category a paper titled “Can a non-mandated clinical information system work? A case study on implementation of a mobile patient information system at an Australian private hospital.” The case study details how Cabrini Health implemented the CSC Mobility Suite to improve access to clinical information.
